For significantly less than the cost of a full home inspection, we will:
- Inform you on the current condition of the home’s systems.
- Flag issues with systems that could be a deterrent to buyers.
- Help prioritize future upgrades.
This is not a full inspection per ASHI or CREIA Standards and is NOT recommended for use when purchasing a home. This Limited Building Inspection is an examination of the major systems ONLY, which includes the roof, foundation, electrical, plumbing, heating & air, but excludes everything else.
For sellers: reduce surprises, minimize negotiations, and allow opportunity to make any desired repairs in advance. And, hopefully, your listing will spend less time on the market.

Minimum fee is $295, which increases with building square footage. Add $35 for 5-10 page written report, available upon request. Travel fees may also apply.
