Alliance Inspections is still providing all services!
From Safer at Home Order for Control of Covid-19, issued March 19, 2020, page 4 under (t) “Professional services, such as legal or accounting services, when necessary to assist in compliance with legally mandated activities, and the permitting, inspection, construction, transfer and recording of ownership, of housing and anything incidental thereto;”
We are taking the recommended precautions by practicing frequent hand washing, in addition to wearing gloves during the inspection. And, of course, we are sticking to the 6-foot rule.
We respectfully request that as few people as possible be present at the inspection. If any of you prefer to sit out the inspection altogether, for vacant properties you can provide the lockbox combo and we can do the debrief by phone.
