See the signed and enacted bill here. Apartment building owners and property managers can all breathe a collective sigh of relief! We still recommend getting the SB 721 inspection done sooner, rather than later. This inspection must be done every six years and if too many people wait until the last minute and they’re all trying to lock in the best inspectors at the same time, some of them may not be successful and may miss the deadline. Further, whoever is competing with you on your first inspection will be competing with you every six years for as long as you own the building. |
